STATEMENT 1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the

FINDINGS: The three men whose telephone conference is
the subject of this claim were the Road Foreman of Engines, the Chief Dispatcher and the
Assistant Superintendent.
They are Carrier officers trot subject to any
rules agreement, and under our prior rulings,
this claim will be denied.
