STATEMENT 1, -Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties .
OF CLAIM: when it required or permitted persons not coming
within the scope of said Agreement to transmit by
use of printing telegraph machines, information not
confined to reports of the movement of cars; at
Yard Office, Haselton, on March 28; Yard Office,
Akron .Function, on March 28 and 29; New Castle on
March 29; Painesville on April 3 and 9, 1961.
2, Carrier shall compensate idle operators in the
amount of a day's pay (t3 hours) for each violation
set forth above.:
FINDINGS: A review of the parties' presentations here re
quires a holding that the information included in
the wheel reports is similar in character to that
upon which we predicated our sustaining Award in
Docket No. 115;
Specifically we refer to a message "to meet Reg
Bill :c/o at Ohio Jct by 396'11 and "ntfy Do J.
Thomas on arrival" four times, and reporting the
3:40 a.m., departure of a train;
