STATEMENT 1. Carrier violated the Agreement then it failed to
OF CLAIM: comply with Article 47 and when it failed and re-
  
fused to compensate Operator M. M. Morris for
  
holiday pay on May 30, July 4 and September 4, 1961;
 
2, Carrier shall compensate Eli M. Morris in the amount
  
of eight hours' pay on each of the dates set forth
  
above,
'FINDINGS:  Because Carrier did not meet obligation to furnish
  
copy of the applicable agreement until January 12,
  
1962 we will consider this claim on its merits.
  
It is a fact (Tr. p. 4410) that claim was first
  
filed April 10, 1962 for alleged violations May 
30,
  
July 4 and September 4, 1961. It clearly was not
  
filed `within 60 days from January 12, 1962.
