STATEONT 1. Carrier Violated the Agreement between the parties
OF CLAIM: when on May 12, 1961, it required or permitted
others outside the Agreement to transmit and re
ceive a message between BucIihannon and Grafton,
West Virginia.
2. Carrier shall compensate Operators B. L. Baughman
and J, G. McIntyre, each in the amount of a day's
pay (8 hours) on May 12, 3.961.
FIPmYNGS: This case is directly in point with that in Docket
No. 215, and for.:the reasons there setforth, a
denial award isrxequired here.
