 OF CLAIM: when on September 29, 1961 it required or permitted
 employees not covered by the Agreement to transmit
 and/or,receive a'message betvoen Pittsburgh, Penney!
 lvania, and Cowen? West Virginia,
 2. Carrier shall compensate Operator D. L. Baughman in
 the amount of a day's pay (8 hours) on September 29,
 1961.
 FINDINGS: . This claim is identical to that sustained by our
 Award in Docket No. 227, Accordingly, vie will issue
 a sustaining award.
