1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when
on February 14, 1957, it required or permitted an em
ploye not covered by the Agreement to use the tele
phone and transmit a message at North Lima, Ohio.
Carrier shall compensate an idle operator in the amount
of a day's pay (eight hours) on February 14, 1957.,
