STATEMENT
OF CLAIM:
1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when on November 26,
1958, it required or permitted the conductor of a work extra to communicate direct with a train dispatcher at Wolf Summit, West Virginia.
2. Carrier shall compensate H. G. Boord in the amount of a day's pay (8
hours) on November 26, 1958.
FINDINGS:
The information comprising the "message" here involved is similar in nature
to that involved in Docket 36.
As we did there, we will do here.
