 THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
 AWARD IN DOCKET N0. 78

 STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

        1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when on December 4, 1958, it required or permitted an employe not covered by the Agreement to receive a message at or near Norris City, Illinois.


        2. Carrier shall compensate operator K. L. Myers in the amount of a day's pay (8 hours) on December 4, 1958.


FINDINGS:

 This case is similar to that covered by our Award in Docket No. 77, and will be disposed of in the same manner.
