THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
STATEMENT
OF CLAIM:
1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when on
March 2, 1959, it required or permitted the conductor on a
work train'to use the telephone at Stewarton, Pennsylvania
to secure permission to cross over and to report in the clear.
2. Carrier shall compensate Operator L. J. Show in the amount of
one day's pay (8 hours) on March 2, 1959.
FINDINGS:
We will here follow our action in Docket No. 80 and, for the reasons
therein cited, deny this claim.
