SPECIAL BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT N0. 355

Parties: THE ORDER OF RAILROAD TELEGRAPHERS
THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY

AWARD IN DOCKET N0. 94

STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

FINDINGS:

1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when
on November 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, 1956, it required or
permitted a Clerk, an employe not covered by the Telegraphers'
Agreement, to relieve J. W. McMillion, Assistant Agent,
Fell Street, Baltimore, Maryland, for his vacation.

Carrier shall compensate the senior, idle employe covered by the Telegraphers' Agreement for a day's pay (8 hours) for November 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, 1956.

The facts in this case justify a sustaining award for the reasons set forth in our Findings in Docket No. 93.

A W A R D
