STATEMENT OF CLAIM:

        Request for reinstatement of Mrs. M.. V. Benetsky, Operator-Clerk, without prejudice or impairment of seniority.


FINDINGS:

 The Organization, in presenting argument in behalf of this Claimant, insists that a sustaining award is not only required, but must include reinstatement with full pay for all time lost.

 Because.the facts do not support such a claim, a denial award is required.
