Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:

(1) Carrier violated the effective agreement when it failed to provide extra gang foreman Arl Logan with proper accommodations to prepare his meals from October 6 to October 22, 1953, inclusive.

(2) Extra gang foreman Arl Logan now be reimbursed in the amount of $33.60, which represents the expenses he incurred in obtaining meals because of the Carrier's violation as referred to in Part (1) of this claim.

FINDINGS:

Claim withdrawn from the consideration of this Board.

AWARD:

Case dismissed.
