1. Carrier violated the terms of the agreement between the parties when, without ijust cause, it suspended A. J. Romeo from his position as Telephoner Clerk, Dispatcherts ,Office, Rochester, New York for the period February 1, 1962 to February 7, 1962 inclusive. i
2. Carrier shall be required to clear the record of A. J. Romeo and pay him $ hours 'time lost each day, February 1, 4p 5, 6 and 7, 1962 and 3 hours and 45 minutes time consumed attending a hearing on February 2, 1962, all at the rate of $2.608 per hour.
