OF CLAIM:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing
to pay Trackmen W. J. Weigle, C. T. McGarray, E. V. Johnson, E. T. Hannahs,
Jr.,
L. F.
Watson, and A. C. Sines of the former Newark Division for holiday pay for labor Day, September
5, 1960.
(2) That these claimants be now paid eight hours each at their
respective pro rata rates for holiday pay for labor Day, September
5, 1960,
account of this violation of the Agreement."
FINDINGS: Under our prior rulings on the question of holiday pay, the
claims covered by this docket being for the labor
