      .STATEMENT "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:

      OF CLAIM:

      (1) Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to pay

      Trackmen L. F. Watson and H. L. Kehl, Subdivision Number 2, former Newark

      Division, for holiday pay for Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1960.


      (2) That claimant Trachnen Watson and Kehl be now paid eight hours each at their respective pro rata rates, account of this violation of the Agreement."


      FINDINGS: Because Carrier paid the claim of trackman A. C. Sines during

      its handling, we will confine ourselves here to the claims of

      tracknen Watson and Kehl.


      In line with our prior Awards, the claims of Watson and Kehl will be sustained.
