 STATEMENT "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
 OF CLAIM:
 DOCKET N0. 15 - (1) The Carrier violated the effective Agree-
 ment by failing to pay Machine Operators G. L. Hughes, D. C. Clark, and
 Trackman C. Foss of the St. Louis Division, for holiday pay for Labor Day,
 September 5, 1960.

 (2) That these claimants referred to be now paid eight hours at their respective pro rata rates for the holiday pay of Labor Day, September 5, 1960, as referred to.

 DOCKET N0. 16 - (i) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement in failing to pay extra gang Trackmen J. d. Kuznik, H. V. Daubs, and J. F. Reddish, of the St. Louis Division for holiday pay for Labor Day, September 5, 1960.

 (2) That claimants Kuznik, Daubs, and Reddish be now paid eight hours each at their respective pro rata rate for holiday pay, for Labor Day, September 5, 1960, as referred to.

 DOCKET N0. 17 - (1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to pay Carpenter Helper Raymond E. Wieldt, St. Louis Division, for holiday pay for December 26, 1960, the day observed as the Christmas holiday.

 (2) That claimant Carpenter Helper Raymond E. Wieldt, St. Louis Division, be now paid eight hours at his respective pro rata rate of pay for this holiday pay December 26, 1960, referred to.

 DOCKET N0. 18 - (1 ) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to pay Carpenter Helper George B. Umphress, St. Louis Division, the holiday pay for December 26, 1960.

 (2) The Carrier now pay Claimant George B. Umphress, Carpenter Helper, St. Louis Division, for 8 hours at his respective pro rata rate of pay for the holiday of December 26, 1960, as referred to.
 DOCKET NOS . 15, 16, 17, 18 & 20 S.B. of Adj. No. 488

 DOCKET N0. 20 - (1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing to pay Trackmen G. J. Carraturo and W. E. Smith of the Buffalo West End Division, holiday pay Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1960.

 (2) That the Carrier now pay Trackmen G. J. Carraturo and W. E. Smith of the Buffalo West End Division eight hours pay each at their respective pro rata rate for Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1960':

 FINDINGS: The claims embraced by the Dockets here listed involve holiday
 pay for holidays occurring prior to December 29, 1960 and for
 the reasons set forth more fully in our Findings in Dockets Nos. 8 and 9, a
 sustaining Award is required.
