STATEMENT "Claim of the System Comaittee of the Brotherhood that;
OF CLAIM:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by failing
to pay Trackman Walter Bee, Sub-Division No.
7,
Monongah Division, for
holiday pay for December 26, 1960, and January 2, 1961.
(2) That claimant Trackman Walter Bee, Monongah Division, be
now paid eight hours at his respective pro rata rate of pay for December 26,
1960, and January 2, 1961, as referred to."
FINDINGS: The facts here are similar to those in Docket No. 71, involving
the Christmas, 1960 and New Years's, 1961, holidays.
In line with our Award in Docket No. 11 we will here sustain the
claim for Christmas 1960, and deny that for New Year's, 1961.
