 (1) The Carrier violated the effective agreement by failing to call Foreman W, P, Hall, Moundsville, 5T, Va., Wheeling Division, to supervise the members of his crew working in overtime service in an emergency on Feb. 18, 19610

 (2) Foreman Wn P. Hall be now compensated for 3 hrs pay at his respective rate of pay account the Carrier's violation of the agreement referred to,"

 The claim of the Organization in this docket having been withdrawn, a dismissal award is in order.
