OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective agreement by
failing to assign Trackman L. C. Young, E:ctra Gang #15821, Wheeling
Division, to overtime work on Saturday, September 23, and Monday,
September 25, 
1961, 
when, instead, a Junior trackman was used.
(2) Trackman L. C. Young be now compensated for * hours
pay for Saturday, September 23, and 
4z 
hours pay for Monday, September 25,
1961, 
on account of the Carrier's violation of the agreement, referred to."
FINDINGS:
The claim of the Organization in this docket having been
withdrawn, a dismissal award is in order.
