) The Carrier violated the effective Agree-
ment by failing to pay holiday pay for Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, November
23, 1961,
to B&B employees Denver I. Adams, William P. Dotty, William C.
Peregey and Leon P. Kaminski, Baltimore Division.
(2)
That the Carrier should now compensate these employees for
one day's pay at their respective pro rata rates account of this violation of
the Agreement.

) Claim that the Carrier violated the effective
Agreement by failing to allow holiday pay for July
4, 1961,
to Trackman H. J.
Mickey, Pittsburgh East End Division.

That claimant Trackman H. J. Mickey be now compensated for
one day 8 hours at his respective pro rata rate account of this violation of
the Agreement.
