STATEMENT OF CLAIM: "Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood that:
(1) The Carrier violated the effective Agreement by emp3oying outside
parties, a contractor, on June 26, 27, and 23,
1963,
to paint the oftl<e of
the Staten Island Rapid Transit Railway Cor~zny and the adjoining tcfleh rooms
at 2 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, New York.
(2) Painters Sebastian Russo and Frank Flagello be now reimbursed for
3
days' pay at their respective rate account of this referred-to violation of
the Agreement."
