STATEMENT OF
 CLAIM: The claim in dispute has been identified by the Organization
 as follows:
 "Claim of the System Committee that:
 1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement on October
 24, 1961, when it assigned to the Henricksen Motor Company of Kalispell,
 Montana the work of making certain repairs to the Carrier-owned 1959 GMC
 Dump Truck No. GN 1525-A.

 2. That Assistant Motor Car Repairman William L. Yeats, Whitefish, Montana be now compensated in the amount of $70.00 which was the total labor expense charged to the performance of the work referred to in Part 1 of this claim."
 FINDINGS: Disposition of this claim is governed by our award on Item 11.
 AWARD: Claim denied.
