STATEMENT The claim in dispute has been identified by the organization
OF CLAIM: as follows:
"Claim of the System Committee that:
1. The Carrier violated the effective Agreement on or about
March 12, 1962 when it assigned to an outside contractor the work of dismantling, removing from the premises, and making the necessary clean-up of
certain Carrier-owned facilities at Pier 89, Seattle, Washington.
2. That all

employee listed on the
B&B
Seniority Roster
covering the 8th Seniority Division and all Machine Operators listed on the
Western District Machine Operators Roster be now compensated for an equal proportionate share, each, of the amount of money paid out by the Great Northern
Railway Company to the outside contractor for the performance of this referredto work."
FINDINGS: Disposition of this claim is governed by our award on Item
No. 15.
AWARD: Claim denied.
