      THE ORDER OF RAILROAD TELEGRAPHERS


              VS.


      THE DENVER & RIO GRANDE WESTERN RAILROAD


      STATEMENT OF CLAIM :


            The hourly rate of pay for the position of Agent-Telegrapher

            at Moroni, Utah, be increased nine (9¢) cents per hour effec

            tive August 1, 1957, in accordance with the provisions of

      Rule 27 of the parties' Agreement. FINDINGS:


            This Board, upon the whole record and all of the evidence, finds that:

      The Carrier and the Employee and Employees involved in all of the disputes in this docket of cases are respectively carrier and employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934, and as since amended.

      This Board has jurisdiction over the disputes involved herein. The parties to said disputes were given due notice of hearing thereon. DISPOSITION:

      This dispute is returned to the parties for further negotiation in accordance with the suggestions contained in Award No. 2. If the parties are unable to agree and dispose of this dispute within one hundred twenty (120) days, the same shall be returned to this Board for decision.
