 EMPLOYESI STATEMENT OF CLAIM :

 1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when it refused to compensate Agent-Telegrapher H. L. McFarland., a deadhead of six (6) hours at the Sigurd, Utah, rate of pay, from Sigurd to Salina, Utah, and six (6) hours pay at Salina rate of pay, from Sa Lina to Sigurd, when he was called to perform relief work at Saliva, Utah, on December 25, 1962.

 2. Carrier shall compensate Agent-Telegrapher McFarland six (6) hours at the Sigurd rate of pay and six (6) hours at the Salina rate of pay, for the above violation.

 DISPOSITION :

      Claim settled and withdrawn without prejudice to the future
