    STATEMENT OF CLAIM:


            "1. Carrier violated the Agreement between the parties when on December 2 and 16, 1959 it required or permitted employees not covered by said Agreement to transmit and/or receive messages at Salinas and Watsonville Junction.


    "2. Carrier shall compensate D. D. Peters, wire chief

    Watsonville Junction, in the amount of a call payment '

    on December 2 and 16, 1959; and compensate E. S: Green,

    telegrapher Salinas, in the amount of a call payment

    on December 2 and 16, 1959."

    OPINION OF BOARD: On December 2 and 16, 1959 the Trainmaster at

    Salinas, California telephoned the conductor of a train at Watsonville

    Junction and gave him instructions as to where to set out the cars on

    . his train. For example, the message on December 2 was "Set out your empties as follows: 25 to New York, 20 to Portland and 40 to Alisal." =The communications here were of the same type as those invo~rv'ed in Docket No. 24 and the parties made the same arguments.

    /these communications clearly related to movement of trains and for the

    t/ reasons expressed in Award 24 the claim must be sustained.
