"Claim o£ the General Committee o£ The Order of Railroad Telegraphers on the Reading Company, that:

1.. Carrier violates the agreement between the parties
when it fails and refuses to pay extra employee
G. W. Hummell and G. E. Strelitz for time in transit.
when deadheading from home station to point of service
and return.

2: Carrier shall compensate G. W. Hummell for 2 hours. at Anbler rate on April 1, 1960; for 8 hours at Race Street Tower rate on April 4, 11, 191, 20, 23, 24.,, 1960; and for 2 hours at 16th Street Jct.Tower rate on April 24, 1960; G. F.Strelitz for one and one-half hours at the Race Street 'Power rate_on.,May 14, 16, 18, 23, 28, June 6, 7, 1960,

FINDINGS:. , It appears appropriate to dispose of these claims on
'the basis of a subsequent agreement governing the allowance

o£ travel time pay in such circumstances, Accordingly the '
claim for April 1, 1960 is valid and the others are not,
