Telegraphers on the Reading Company, that:
1. The Reading Company violated our,current Agreement by ,
permitting and/or allowing Track Car Driver F. Perri,
an employe not under our scope, to handle (copy, deliver,
repeat,, etc.) communication o£ record,, DTC-1, on May 14th,,
1962 on two (2) occasions. °
2. In consequence o£ the above violation, the
Reading
Company is required to compensate Mr. W. C. Gordon,
Extraman, a day's pay at the minimum daily rate currently
in effect; or to the senior idle Telegrapher, extra in
° .in effect; This claim was settled by the partie_'s and is dismissed.
