OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad
" 'Telegraphers,on the Reading Company, that:
1. The Reading 'Company violated our current Agreement by

requiring and/or permitting employes,, not under our
.scope,, to perform communications of record work at ''
Ivyland, on May 9th, 1962, by copying train order #210," -.
In
consequence of
the above violation, the Reading
Company is required to pay Mr. F. E.'Trainor, or the
senior, idle Telegrapher, extra in preference, a day's ,
pay at the minimum daily rate."
FINDINGS:. This claim is based on the delivery by telephone of
train order by the operator at Hatboro to track car driver
at Ivyland, where no telegrapher is employed. The situation
is like that in Docket
No.
3 and~our Award No. 3 governs
the disposition of this claim. Rr ,.
