1, Carrier violated the parties' Agreement by permitting
and/or requiring employes not 'coverbd thereby to perform
work thereunder at
Lyons, Pennsylvania, on
August 3, 1962,'
,2, Carrier shall pay the senior idle employe, extra in pre..
ference, a day's pay at the minimum rate on the Reading;
Division for August 3, 1962, Name of claimant to'be
determined by a joint check of Carrier's records."
FINDINGS:.' This claim is based upon the delivery of a train order-'.
by radio.-telephone from an operator at Reading to the
conductor of a train stopped at a red signa1.indication, '
