1. The Reading Company violated our current Agreement when
it required and/or permitted employees (yardmasters)
not included under our "Scope" Rule to perform communications
of record work at "NX" Tower, Newtown Junetion,'on '.
September 3, 4, 5, 6, 9,'10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 1963, ,.
2.~ In consequence of the above violation, the Reading Company -'
is required to pay Mr. N. D. Jones a day°s pay at the
minimum daily tower rate for September 3 and September 4,
1963.. And a day's pay at the minimum daily tower rate for
each day o£ violation to the senior idle telegrapher,

preference, for all of the other dates listed,°°

OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee o£ The Order of Railroad
Telegraphers on the Reading, that:

to the senior idle telegrapher: April 3;y 4, 5 1963, W.C.
Gordon (3 days pay), April 15, 22, 1963, S.P.Nin£o (2 days
pay), April 23,, 24, 1963, R.G. Shoemaker (2 days pay).,

The Reading Company violated our current Agreement when
it required and/or permitted employees, not included under
our "Scope" Rule, yardmasters,, to perform communications
of record work at "4.'S" Tower, Wayne
Junction,.on August

5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, 1963.
In consequence of the above violation, the Reading Company
is required to pay Mr. N. D. Jones a day's pay at the
minimum daily tower rate for each day o£ violation or a
total of $124.02

FINDINGS: These claims are based upon the issuance and delivery
of forms TD-116 by a yardmaster in connection with a detour
for track repair within yard limits. The situation is like
that part of Docket No. 11 and what we said thereowin our
Award No.,, 11 governs disposition of these claims.,
