Telegraphers on, the Reading Company, that:   ..
1. The Reading Company violated our current agreement by
  
permitting and/or requiring employees not within the
  
'scope' of our agreement (Conductors), to handle (copy,  ,
  
repeat, deliver, etc.) communications of record at
  
Trenton Yard Office, Trenton, New Jersey on the follow,.
  
ing dates: July 26,27, 29 (2 violations), 30 and 31,
  
1963, also August 1,2,3,5 (2 violations), 6,7,9,10,,12,
  
14,15,16,17,19,20 (2 violations), 1963.    :`
 
2. In consequence of the above violation, the Reading : E'
'  Company is required to compensate Mr. K. 0. Hunter,,
Agent, incumbent of Trenton Station, a 'call' (three
hours pro rata pay) at the current,ap livable hourly . .
rate, for each violation cited.'
3. This claim is being entered as

FINDINGS: CN tower operates the West Trenton interlocking plant.:
 
Three miles east is Trenton Yard office where'h'o telegrapher
 
is employed. This is one mile from Trenton Station,. where ;,
 
the claimant is employed. The claim is based upon e:ftra
 
or work extra train orders delivered by the operator to
 
train crews by bell telephone in the yard office_ This was
 
not a handling of a train order at a telegraph-or telephone
 
office where an operator is employed,, so:there wad no  '
 
violation of Article 34,E
