Telegraphers on the Reading'Company'that: ~ '

Carrier violated and continues to violate the agreement
between the parties when it fails and refusea,to pay
S. N. Gentile, Agent Rydal-Southhampton for time agent
in excess of eight hours travelling to "home" station,'
Carrier shall compensate S. N.Gentfle in the amount of
twenty minutes pay, at the rate o£ his position, each
work day Monday through Frfday.commencing March 1, 1960
and continuing thereafter until the violation is corrected."
It appears that all claims for damage account working

disposed
of by settlement
agreements,, between the parties, made subsequent to the date
of this claim pursuant to the awards; of.·Special Board of
:'Adjustment No. 327. Thus this claim is, note valid,
