STATEMrNT
OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad
          Telegraphers on the Reading Company that:;


                1. (a) Carrier violated the agreement between the parties when it failed and refused to pay employes for time worked in excess of eight hours.on October 24-25a 1959.


                  (b) Carrier shall compensate the following employes in the amount of one hours pay at the time and one-half

made an agreement to cover similar future'situations, so
these claims establish no precedent thereafter and should .
