 TRANSPORTATION-COMMUNICATION EMPLOYEES UNION

 READING COMPANY

 STATEMENT
 OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of the Transportation
 Communication Employees Union on the Reading Company, that:

 1. Reading Company violated the Telegraphers Agreement when and
 because it failed and refused to compensate C. Stesko for a days
 pay (8) hours at the Schuylkill Haven rate on November 30th,
 December 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10,11,14,15,16,17,18, 1964, when he was
 suspended from his regular assignment, 2nd trick Schuylkill
 Haven, Penna.
 2. Reading Company violated the Telegraphers Agreement when and
 because it failed and refused to compensate C. Stesko at the
 punitive rate for (8) hours work on November 29th, 30th,
 December 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 1964
 when he was required to work Sunbury Tower on November 29th,
 30th, December 1, 2, 3, and Reynolds Station December 7, 8,
 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 1964."

 FINDINGS: The facts are similar to those involved in our Docket No.
 25 except that the Carrier contends that claimant Stesko
 agreed to work the other position and earned more than his
 regular position paid. Individual agreements inconsistent
 with the collective agreement are not valid.
 AWARD: Claim sustained.
