STATEMENT
OF CLAIM: "Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad
Telegraphers on the Reading Company, that:,
1, Carrier violates and continues to~viol:ate the Agreement'
at Cedar Hollow, Pennsylvania, when it requires or per-','
mite employes,not covered by the Agreement to handle
train, orders.
Carrier shall compensate L. N. McBride, Agent at Cedar
Hollow, or his successor, in the amount of a call payment on each day such violation occurs commencing on
August 22, 1960, and continuing thereafter until the
violation is corrected,!'
FINDINGS: After Third Division Awards No. 13266 et.a1. and
13390 et.al _ the parties settled pending claims similar -
to this and it appears that this claim,ahpuld be disposed
of in the same manners Accordingly the claimant should be
paid for his lunch period on September
