Telegraphers on the Reading Company, that:,



Carrier shall compensate L. N. McBride, Agent at Cedar Hollow, or his successor, in the amount of a call payment on each day such violation occurs commencing on August 22, 1960, and continuing thereafter until the violation is corrected,!'

FINDINGS: After Third Division Awards No. 13266 et.a1. and

13390 et.al _ the parties settled pending claims similar -
to this and it appears that this claim,ahpuld be disposed
of in the same manners Accordingly the claimant should be
paid for his lunch period on September 3, 1960 one hour at'
