STATEMENT OF CLAEM:
    Appeal of reprimand assessed P. Tammaro in connection with being charged with violation of NORAC operating rules 996, 997, 998 and General Rules B and D (ist para) involving his failure to properly perform duties as Track Foreman regarding installation of switch stand, connecting rod not being in compliance with the MW-4 manual.


    Upon the whole record and all the evidence, after hearing, the Board finds that the parties herein are carrier and employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, and this Board is duly constituted by agreement under Public Law 89-456 and has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter.
