On Claimant's employment application, dated January 13, 2008, he answered "no" to the question whether he had ever been convicted of, or plead guilty or nolo contendre to, any crime, excluding minor traffic violations. The employment application, which Claimant signed, specifically stated that any misrepresentation or factual omission would be grounds for dismissal at any time, regardless of when the information was discovered.
